Bonfire night mess

This is what the top of Narroways Hill looked like on the morning of 6 November, after hundreds of people spent Bonfire Night on the hill upsetting the wildlife, throwing litter around, setting off fireworks and generally being a nuisance.

The litter is finally all cleared up, but the grass is still a bit of a muddy mess.

A big thank you to everyone who has helped with clearing the rubbish over the last few days – Geoff, Harry, Chris, Tish and several other mystery helpers. Thank you all!
